What are the Causes

Headaches : Studies have found out a close relationship between the incidence of Migraine attacks and the balance of Amla-pitta (state of acid-alkali imbalance in the body) and its causing symptoms such as fatigue, vomiting, nausea and headache, amongst others.

Vascular Diseases : Peripheral Vascular Diseases, mainly manifested as pain in limbs & muscle exhaustion is mainly due to insufficient supply of blood through the limbs, and hence oxygen. The causatives can be many – lifestyle choices, smoking, obesity or irregular food habits, improper diest, onset of Diabetes mellitus and so on.

Insomnia : In the harmony of the Vata-Pitta-Kapha that maintains the good health of the body, a normally functioning Kapha ensures healthy sleep. The imbalance in kapha can be due to a lot of factors – psychological such as anxiety, rage, stress, health conditions like hyperthyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis that also affect the Vata, and thereby cause lack of sleep.

Stress-related Disorders: Stress is basically the body’s biological response to its real and perceived threats. Anxiety at work and in the personal front, failed relationships, working in a dangerous environment can all manifest in mental and physical symptoms pf Stress in the human body.

Chronic Pains: Overuse or wrong use could be broadly the two ways in which chronic pains manifest in the human body. This could be from extended, repetitive physical activities, degeneration of tissues and muscle structure due to ageing or external injury, and in some cases psychological too.
