The five different procedures in Panchakarma treatment

The Concept of Kizhi

Dhara
The two principal methods are Shirodhara and Thakaradhara. For instance, Shirodhara is pouring medicated fluids-oils, milk or buttermilk on the forehead, in a special way. Snehapaana

Pizhichil (Kayasekam)
