The Ayurveda Hospitals management Association’s (AHMA) Kannur Chapter activities were inaugurated at the Itoozhi Namboothiri’s Ayurveda Nursing Home Auditorium on 19 September 2010. Dr Baby Krishnan, Gen.Secretary of the Association for Kerala state set in motion the day’s activities that involved a Family meetup and the launch of a membership drive for the Kannur Chapter by lighting the lamp. Dr. Itoozhi Bhavdasan Namboothiri, our guiding light was the Chief Guest for the occasion. Dr AV Arvindakshan, Dr PV Lakshmanan, Dr PP Anthru, Dr Mohanan, Dr Saji Sreedhar and Dr I Unnikrishnan Namboothiri spoke on the occasion.
A highly interactive workshop on “Legal Claims and Ayurveda Hospitals” was also conducted, steered by legal counsel R P Rameshan, a leading lawyer of the City Court. The evening saw the music troupe Jeeva ( of the India Vision Streetlight fame) leading the audience in a melodious and memorable musical journey.
