The Itoozhi Ayurveda Foundation had conducted a free Ayurveda medical camp on 23 September 2012 on the occasion of the annual celebrations of KP Koran Memorial Library & Reading room, at Chirakkal. Led by a team consisting of Dr. I Unnikrishnan Namboothiri, Dr. I Umesh Namboothiri, Dr. PV Dhanya and Dr. Geetu. The specialty clinics that operated for the day focused on Eye Diseases, Women’s Health and Age-related illnesses.
Formally inaugurated by CH Balakrishnan Master, the camp saw over 200 participants who were given comprehensive check-ups and based on the diagnosis, were given free medicines for the course of treatment.
