Ayurveda Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle:

1. Make it a habit to wake up between 4.30 and 5.00 am every morning. This is when you are the freshest you will ever be and is also the best time of the day that can infuse your body with positive energy and attitude that can carry you over the whole day.
2. Start your day off, not with a cup of coffee or tea, but rather a glass of pure, organic honey mixed in with warm water. A dash of lemon is optional. Drinking this first thing in the morning not only helps to kill toxins and cleanse your system, but also kick starts your metabolism for the day.
3. The next step is to get rid of those toxins. Clear out your bowels at the earliest every morning. Delaying this only results in storing toxins in your system, something that will lead to chronic problems later.
4. Exercise! The importance of this cannot be stressed enough. Make exercising a part of your daily routine. You can pick whatever suits you best. Yoga, walking, aerobics… whatever suits you best. This will improve your body’s circulation, help maintain a healthy weight and keep diseases away.

If you can incorporate these tips into your life, and make them part of your daily routine, you will find that however stressful a situation is, you will be able to handle it with energy and much clarity of thought.
